Humble Beginnings

I was first inspired with the idea to start my own event planning business when I offered to help plan my sister's baby shower. The amount of work that it required shocked me, and I was a stay at home mom, not trying to juggle a full time job along with my family. I had planned and managed my own wedding without a thought, but working on that shower made me realize how much work people were offering to take on when they offered to throw a party for a friend. I thought what if there was someone who could do all of this running around for me and help assemble the decorations, and actually take care of things so I could enjoy the shower with my sister? The idea was born, but I didn't really know where to go from there. The next year I took classes to become a certified wedding planner, I still had no idea where I wanted to take this. Fast forward three years and I know exactly what I want, to take as much of the burden off of people planning any kind of event, take over any tasks that I can to be helpful so that you can truly enjoy your event.

Renowned Quality

The first wedding I planned, besides my own, was for my brother and sister-in-law. My brother was in the Army and stationed away from where they were getting married. That was also the first wedding that I did everything for, all I needed from them was opinions and choices. Since then I have branched out. I understand that a lot of people want, or need to do a lot of the work, it is part of the fun for them. One of my most frequently asked for services is my Day Of coordinating service. I also provide my services a la carte, from making bridal party gifts, to just providing clean up after the reception.
